Yamaha R6 Side-Mount Steering Damper Kit
A mounting arrangement that relocates the R6 steering damper alongside the frame.
Features and specification
- Two CNC-machined Anticorodal aluminium brackets with a black anodised finish.
- Mounts at the existing holes on the right of the frame and at the lower fork bridge.
- Assembly screws and washers are included.
- Tested by Melotti with 100 mm-stroke Toby and 120 mm-stroke Öhlins dampers.
Fitment and ordering
Race use only with restricted steering travel.
Suitable 100–120 mm-stroke dampers may need spacers for alignment. The steering damper is not included.
