The MotoCoach motorcycle brake caliper cooling Air Duct PRO lowers the brake caliper temperature by approx. 15-20 degrees and thus prevents the temperature-dependent expansion of the liquid and the material. The brake dust no longer has a chance to stick to the brake pistons while they are being cooled at the same time.
This means that we no longer have any changing braking behavior and can maintain the braking points lap after lap.
The Air Duct PRO brake caliper cooling system is handcrafted, so we make sure that the 1.mm thick spring steel holder is in the right place. This spring steel holder is cut with laser technology for the exact fit of the brake calliper on the fork base.
When ordering, please specify the exact vehicle type or the details of the fork base mount (e.g. S1000RR – 100mm with 13.8 or Ducati Panigale 100mm with 10.0mm hole, GSXR 1000 / Kawasaki ZX10R / CBR1000RR 108mm with 14.0mm hole).

The MotoCoach Motorcycle Brake Caliper Cooling Pro is a further development of our standard version, which ensures an even more precise air flow into the middle of the brake caliper.
We have developed the caps for vehicles with a BFF fork (ZX10RR and GSXR1000R), in which the air is guided along the brake caliper and directed above into the middle.
The ducts may work with other bikes not listed in the drop down menu, but this is at your risk as the custs are not returnable once fitted.
